With a strong background in trauma-informed care, family systems, and strength-based approaches, Wendie brings both clinical expertise and compassionate insight to her work. She is dedicated to creating safe, collaborative spaces where clients can build resilience, restore connections, and achieve lasting change. Suzanne Dahlstedt is the HRSN Program Manager and oversees programs designed to address the social determinants of health and improve outcomes for individuals and families facing housing instability. She holds a bachelor's degree and brings extensive experience in social services, program coordination, and community outreach. Suzanne is passionate about connecting people with the resources they need to thrive and is committed to building sustainable, person-centered solutions that promote long-term stability and well-being.
Michael Konkolis
Program Manager
Michael Konkolis is a Certified Recovery Mentor (CRM) with firsthand experience navigating both recovery and the child welfare system. As Program Manager, he leads a dedicated team focused on supporting families in rebuilding stability and achieving reunification. Michael brings a trauma-informed, strength-based approach to peer support and case management, ensuring parents receive the guidance, advocacy, and lived-experience insight needed to successfully move forward in their recovery and family preservation journey.

Kristal is a Youth Peer Support Specialist, certified as a Peer Support Specialist (PSS) and Traditional Health Worker (THW). She brings valuable lived experience in mental health recovery, helping young parents and individuals involved with child welfare. Kristal’s empathetic approach empowers parents to advocate for their families and successfully navigate the child welfare system.

Case Manager
Latena is a Case Manager who is deeply involved in BIPOC advocacy and disability rights. With personal insight into the challenges of the child welfare system, she brings a wealth of lived experience to her role. Latena’s dedication to social justice and her compassionate approach help families overcome systemic barriers, access resources, and work towards reunification and stability.

Brian Nunley serves as a Parent Peer Support Specialist, drawing on his lived experience with incarceration and the child welfare system to empower families navigating similar challenges. Through compassionate, nonjudgmental support, Brian helps parents build resilience, advocate for their rights, and stay connected to their goals of reunification and long-term stability.

Jesús Gutiérrez is a Bilingual Case Manager leading our Spanish-speaking program. With lived experience in child welfare, incarceration, and addiction recovery, Jesús brings a unique perspective to his work. His dedication to cultural competence and community empowerment ensures that Spanish-speaking families receive the support and advocacy they need to navigate challenges and achieve their goals.
